Gamers and iPhone lovers rejoice now…Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II has just arrived in the App Store, days before Final Fantasy XIII hits the shelves in UK.

And those that prefer their games traditionally retro will be pleased to hear the games now available on iPhone and iTouch are exact replicas of the 1987 RPG classic and will cost only £5.49 each – a small price to pay for a big dose of nostalgia.

They are remastered versions of the previously 2007 issues for PSP, rejigged to look good for the iPhone and take advantage of its touch screen functionality. Developer, Square Enix, has promised to follow this up with more releases of original RPGs for the iPhone.
