IPHONE 3GS REVIEW

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

The iPhone 3GS is an upgrade on the uber popular iPhone 3G – S stands for Speed. The look, size and display are virtually the same as the 3G version, but on the 3GS Apple upgrades in some very important areas in the mechanics of the handset.

The camera is 3 megapixels and not 2, there is an increased 7.2mbps internet data download speed, super-charged CPU (to over 600mhz from 412mhz), a fingerpint-resistant screen and a lot more on-board applications (for example, a Compass app). Apple have really thought about the 3GS and it shows. Everything is quicker, easier and more functional: an updated 3G in all the right places. iPhone users will never want to go back to their old 3G’s.
