LG INTRODUCES THE MINI GD880

They say good things come in small packages, and they have unveiled LG Mini is no exception.

The new pint-sized mobile features the world’s smallest and slimmest 3.2-inch touch-screen, a trim 10.6mm touchscreen and weighs just 99 grams.

In addition to the impressively small dimensions, critics are infatuated with the 3-way-sync service offered by the handset, seamlessly pairing the mobile with your computer.

Firstly, the History Sync feature updates the Mini’s browser with the 100 most recently visited sites from your computer, meaning you could be surfing the net at home before leaving the house and bringing up the exact same site on your mobile without re-entering the web address.

The Personal Information Manager Sync is able to back up all the contacts and calendar events from your mobile onto your computer, useful in the unsightly event of a lost or stolen mobile.

Lastly, the R-Click function can instantly transfer any pictures or information from your PC to your phone.

The LG Mini also emphasizes social networking by offering constant updates from sites like Facebook and Twitter, and offers WiFi, GPS and HSPDA.

The LG Mini is expected to hit the UK markets in April.
