Orange have arranged to release an exclusive black coloured HTC Desire (pictured) at the end of April.

The black coloured HTC Desire comes only a week after the announcement that they would be selling a white version of Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X10.

Presumably there is no difference in specification or size of the handsets, just the colour is alternated to try and increase sales through their network.

On Orange the HTC Desire will be out mid-April whilst the black version will be out at the end of April.
