The Palm Pre was only out a few months ago, but already there is an update: Palm Pre Plus. The fact that there is an update so quickly might give the idea there was some bad user feedback. Although from the outside it looks like the exact same minimally design Pre, together with modestly sized QWERTY slide-out keyboard and colourful 3.1" touchscreen. The Pre Plus also works on the same intuitive WebOS operating system and benefits from slick multi-tasking capability, much as the original Pre did. What has changed is the on-board memory has been upgraded from 8Gb to a massive 16Gb and an additional Touchstone charger and that's about it. Still, the Palm Pre Plus is a worthwhile buy as it's highly unique and considered Verizon Wireless' best smartphone.
