SONY ERICSSON ANNOUNCE ANOTHER WINDOWS SMARTPHONE… THE ASPEN
Following the release of the Sony Ericsson Xperia-line of Microsoft Windows Mobile smartphones, the mobile phone company has just announced another Windows smartphone – the Sony Ericsson Aspen.
The Aspen is powered by Microsoft’s latest technology Windows Mobile 6.5.3 and marries the touch screen experience with a fully functional QWERTY keyboard to allow for quick and easy multi-tasking capabilities.
Additional features include Bluetooth, WiFi, a GPS system, FM RDS radio, a 3.2 megapixel camera and 2.4 inch touchscreen with 240 x 320 pixels resolution – all packed into a human curvature design so the mobile fits comfortably in the palm of your hand.
With dimensions of 117 x 60 x 12.45 mm and weighing130 grams, the Sony Ericsson Aspen boasts functionality and features ideal for entertainment or business purposes as it allows for easy access to media files and various social networking sites, as well as fast and easy typing and the ability to easily view or edit office files.
The latest in the line of Sony Ericsson’s environmentally friendly and affordable GreenHeart line of mobiles, the Aspen will be available soon in black and white versions, although no official price has been released.
